Merro Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is recruiting the position:
R&D Director (full-time or part-time).
Brilliant professionals at local and from overseas are wanted.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
1 Manage and monitor R&D for advanced new drugs and foreign generic
drugs, especially for the ones that are based on sustained and
controlled release.
2 Lead the industrial scale-up of the synthesis of investigated
drugs, achieving commercial production.
3 Be in charge of the preparation of applications for generic drugs
in foreign drug registers, driving the development of new markets into the Europe and the United States.
The selection criteria for a successful candidate will include:
1 A PhD in pharmacy with at least 3-year relevant experience working
in a
R&D department of an international pharmaceutical company.
2 Expertise in a particular pharmaceutical research field, ability
to select potential project topics, implement and manage the new
project, lead department initiatives and provide resolutions to a
diverse range of complex problems.
3 Familiar with both Chinese and international drug regulations,
understand the global pharmaceutical markets, capable to analyze the
future direction of the pharmaceutical industry, and lead the developmental trend of the field.
4 Proven outstanding track record in a relevant research area
(notable research outcomes being published in a scientific journal
with high-reputation, or being patented).
5 Must have experience on the preparation of applications for
foreign generic drug and familiar with the standard procedures in a
foreign pharmaceutical market.
6 Good health conditions, ﹤50-year old, able to work in the first
line of research, mentor and train the team with high-standards.
7 Candidates with own R&D cooperation platform and R&D resources
will be a priority.
The successful candidate will be provided with a compensation
package:
1 The position offers a close contact with the executives and is
supervised directly by the board of directors in the company.
2 The position will be well-paid and the compensation will be
negotiable.
3 Our company will assist the successful candidate in relocation.
